Worth the Detour is about what can happen when you stop trying to follow the plan. Layers of soft blue, ochre, pink, warm neutrals and deep charcoal move across the canvas with loose marks, unexpected color and glimpses of what came before. It feels spontaneous and a little unruly—like taking the long way around and realizing that’s where the interesting stuff was all along.
