Every painting leaves something behind.
Studio Keepsakes is created entirely from the painted paper palettes I saved while working on previous pieces in my studio. Rather than discarding these colorful remnants, I collected them over time—each one holding traces of a different painting, a different season, and a different creative moment.
Layered, folded, and assembled into a vibrant mosaic, the piece becomes a visual archive of my artistic journey. Soft coastal blues, sea-glass greens, coral pinks, and sun-washed neutrals come together in a composition that feels both playful and deeply personal.
What began as scraps and leftovers has been transformed into something entirely new—a celebration of process, creativity, and the beauty found in preserving the pieces that might otherwise be overlooked.
